What CitedBy costs

CitedBy Pro is £197 a month. Managed is £447 a month. An extra town is £97 a month on either. There is no contract, no setup fee, and the free check that comes first does not ask for a card.

What £197 a month buys

Every month:

  • Four articles, written for the jobs you want more of and published to your website.
  • Three area pages, one for each place you want the phone to ring from.
  • Thirteen searches tracked, so you can see where you stand for the jobs that matter and watch it move.
  • Every enquiry sent to your phone as it arrives.
  • Replies to your Google reviews, written in your voice, for you to approve: free the first month, then £97 a month.
  • A monthly read of who is taking the jobs in your area and what they are doing that you are not.

You approve the plan once. After that it runs. The few things only you can do, like confirming your Google listing, are set out in plain steps.

What £447 a month adds

Managed is for the owner who does not want to log in. A person checks every article and every fix before it goes live, sets the whole thing up for you, and sends a report at the end of each month in plain English. Everything in Pro is included.

What that compares with

We checked a London agency's public pricing in July 2026. Their cheapest plan was £500 a month for two articles and one page. Tracking whether AI assistants name your business sat only in their £2,000 plan.

CitedBy Pro is under half the price of that cheapest plan, ships twice the articles and three times the pages, and starts with the AI tracking. Their pages and ours are not the same thing, so compare the count and the price, not the deliverables line by line.

The guarantee

We guarantee the work, because the work is the part we control. If a month's articles and pages do not land, that month is free. Nobody can promise you a place on Google or in an AI answer, and we do not.

Who it is not for

  • A business that is fully booked. More enquiries would only mean more people to turn away.
  • A business with no website yet. The free check needs one to read, and so does the work.
  • Anyone who wants somebody to ring. Pro is software you own and run; Managed adds a person checking the work.

Three companies per job in a town

We take at most three companies for each job in each town. It keeps the pages it writes for you from competing with pages it wrote for someone else on the same street. If your job in your town is full, the check says so.

Questions people ask

Do I have to write anything? No. You approve, or you change a line and approve. The writing is done.

Does it publish to my site by itself? Where your website platform allows it, yes. Where a step needs you, the dashboard shows the step and the button.

What happens if I stop? The pages and articles stay on your website. They are yours.

Is there a minimum term? No.

Before you decide

Run the free check on your own website. It reads the site and your Google listing and shows where the work is, in about sixty seconds, with no card and no call.
